Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing Contact@Nanrecipes.com. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue permissible claims in court. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property.

17) Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.
