- In a pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter, onion, and garlic to the pot. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in broth and bring to a simmer. Add gnocchi and cook 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in cream, cheddar cheese, and cooked bacon. Stir until creamy.
- Serve hot with crusty bread.
