Baked Stuffed Brie with Cranberries & Walnuts made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 round of Brie cheese about 8 ounces
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 package of puff pastry optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Brie by slicing off the top rind.
  3. In a bowl, combine cranberries, walnuts, brown sugar, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the cavity of the Brie.
  5. If using, wrap the Brie in puff pastry.
  6. Place the Brie on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
