Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 to 6 hoagie rolls
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Remoulade sauce 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Marinate the shrimp in buttermilk.
  2. Prepare the flour mixture.
