Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, combine cranberry sauce and honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
  6. Once baked, remove the meatballs from the oven and drizzle the cranberry-honey sauce over them.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired. Enjoy!
