In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, combine cranberry sauce and honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
Once baked, remove the meatballs from the oven and drizzle the cranberry-honey sauce over them.
