Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the glaze by combining cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a saucepan.
Simmer the glaze over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
While the glaze simmers, prepare the turkey breast by patting it dry and seasoning it with salt and pepper.
Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush half of the glaze evenly over the top.
Roast the turkey breast in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
Remove the turkey breast from the oven and let it rest for at least 15-20 minutes before carving.
Carve the turkey breast and serve it with the remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
