  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 baguette or crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
  3. Place the brie in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cranberries, chopped pecans, honey, and rosemary.
  5. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the brie.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey.
