Method
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the crock pot.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
