  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
