Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces of pasta penne or fusilli
  • 1 can 5 ounces of tuna in oil or water, drained
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the drained tuna and frozen peas.
