Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.

Place one mini sausage on the wide end of each triangle.
Roll each triangle towards the pointed end, encasing the sausage completely.
Place the rolled pigs in a blanket on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
