Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
In a large skillet, combine beef broth, crushed tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce over medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
Carefully add the baked meatballs to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve hot over cooked rice or pasta.
