  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Prepare the salmon by removing the skin and any bones, then chop it into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized patties or nuggets.
  5. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
  6. Cook the salmon bites in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve warm with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
