Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chopped

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol in a bowl.
  3. Add melted coconut oil and stir until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. While the crust bakes, combine nut butter, coconut oil, and almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add erythritol and stir until smooth and melted.
  7. Pour the caramel over the baked crust and refrigerate to set.
  8. Melt the sugar-free chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
