In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, cream cheese, peanut butter, celery, cranberries, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
Place the turkey balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through and slightly browned.
Allow the turkey balls to cool slightly after removing from the oven.
Sandwich each turkey ball between two Nutter Butter cookies.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a refreshing treat later on.
