  1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Mix in the pink candy melts and vanilla extract.
  3. Add a pinch of sea salt and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into heart-shaped molds.
  5. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Once set, gently remove the hearts from the molds.
  7. Decorate with edible glitter or sprinkles, if desired.
