Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups day-old bread crumbs
  • 1 cup ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, ground turkey, cranberries, celery, onion, and parsley.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the egg, sage, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the large bowl with the other ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Using your hands, form the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  6. Place the formed balls on a greased baking sheet, spaced apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
