Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup cooked diced bacon or sausage
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it with butter or oil.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the diced potatoes, bell peppers, onion, cheese, and meat to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
