Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming and halving them.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately while hot.
