Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe pears sliced
  • 1 cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
  • 5 cups mixed greens arugula, spinach, and kale
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing and peeling the pears, then slicing them thinly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and sliced pears.
  3. Add the chopped walnuts and crumbled blue cheese to the bowl.
