Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles or squares.
- Mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Place a spoonful of pumpkin filling in the center of each pastry piece.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and twist gently.
- Place the twists on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Brush the twists with the egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
