Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, hot sauce, and parsley.
- Take the mini phyllo pastry shells and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into each phyllo shell until full.
- Wrap each pastry with a piece of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and shells are golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
