Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
- Fold in the diced strawberries and salt gently.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 20 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out the mixture and form it into bite-sized balls.
- Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
