  • 12 taco-sized waffle cones
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberries pureed
  • 1 cup crushed strawberry granola or cookies
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the filling by blending cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
