Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  5. In the same skillet, add the ranch seasoning mix and the chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
  8. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
