Crispy Sticky Pigs in a Blanket made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cocktail sausages
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray for greasing

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with cooking spray.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Wrap each cocktail sausage with a triangle of crescent roll dough, starting at the wide end and rolling towards the point.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, and paprika until well combined.
  6. Place the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  7. Brush the tops of the wrapped sausages with the honey mixture, ensuring each is coated well.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
