Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, carrots, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
Evenly distribute breadcrumbs on top of the cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
