These Christmas Energy Bites offer a delightful blend of festive flavors and chewy textures, making them the ideal healthy treat for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter peanut, almond, or cashew
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
  3. Shape the mixture into equal-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the formed bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill the energy bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
