Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups stale bread cubed
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cubed bread, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
  3. Gently mix in the chicken broth until the mixture is moistened but not overly wet.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, roughly the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
