Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cubed bread, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
- Gently mix in the chicken broth until the mixture is moistened but not overly wet.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, roughly the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
