Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: apple cider, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in any optional ingredients like chopped nuts, if using.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  9. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
