Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef bacon
  • 2 large apples diced (such as Granny Smith)
  • 1/2 cup apple whiskey
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the beef bacon until crispy, then drain and chop.
