Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie in the center of the pastry.
- Spoon cranberry sauce generously over the top of the Brie.
- Fold the pastry over the Brie and cranberries, sealing edges carefully.
- Brush the pastry with egg wash to promote browning.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
