In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and honey until well combined.
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Heat the oil in a deep-fryer or a heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry the donuts for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove donuts from oil and drain on paper towels.
While still warm, dip the donuts in honey, then roll in sesame seeds to coat.
