- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pears by cutting them in half and removing the core.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, melted butter, and salt.
- Spoon the oat mixture generously into the center of each pear half.
- Place the stuffed pears on a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with honey just before serving.
