Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  4. Add in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a serving dish and evenly spread it out.
  6. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for garnish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least four hours, or until set.
