Creamy Strawberry Chia Pudding features fresh berries and a delightful texture, making it a refreshing treat for warm days or a healthy breakfast option.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of strawberries hulled and diced
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup of almond milk or preferred milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prepare the strawberries by hulled and dicing them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold in the prepared strawberries until evenly combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
  5. Once thickened, stir the pudding well and serve in bowls.
