Method
- Prepare the strawberries by hulled and dicing them.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the prepared strawberries until evenly combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
- Once thickened, stir the pudding well and serve in bowls.
