- Prepare the berries by washing and hulling them as necessary.

- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture begins to boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve the triple berry sauce over slices of plain cheesecake.
