Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  5. Mix in the buttermilk and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  7. Fold in the colorful sprinkles gently into the batter.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
