Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of curly kale chopped
  • 4 oz goat cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans roughly chopped
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Method
