  • 16 large strawberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and drying them carefully.
  2. Cut the tops off the strawberries to create hats.
  3. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. Pipe or dollop whipped cream onto each strawberry.
  5. Add chocolate chips for eyes and a small whipped cream dot for the nose.
