Flavor-Packed Mini Caprese Bites for Any Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 wooden skewers or toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Prep the ingredients: wash and dry the tomatoes and basil, and drain the mozzarella balls.
  2. Assemble the bites on skewers: thread a tomato, followed by a basil leaf, then a mozzarella ball, and repeat until the skewer is filled.
  3. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the arranged skewers and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve on a platter, optionally with extra balsamic glaze for dipping or drizzling.
