In the same skillet, combine cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, chicken broth, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
Bring the sauce to a simmer, then return the chicken to the skillet.
Spoon some sauce over the chicken and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve the chicken drizzled with the cranberry orange sauce.
