Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups of kale stems removed and chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the vegetables by shredding the cabbage and chopping the kale.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet, stirring frequently until fragrant.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  5. After about 5 minutes, stir in the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
  6. Adjust seasoning and add lemon juice before serving.
