Method
- Brown the minced meat in a skillet.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Add pasta to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in half the grated cheese before serving.
- Serve topped with remaining cheese.
