Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or chipotle sauce

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  4. Prepare your tortillas by warming them in a pan or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing a tortilla on a plate, adding sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and dressing.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
  7. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra dressing on the side if desired.
