  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. Place on a baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
  3. For tzatziki: mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and dill.
  4. Serve meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce.
