Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
- Stir in sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows and chopped pecans (if using).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
