Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast 2 1/4 tsp
  • 1 cup warm milk 110°F
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk for glaze

Method
 

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm milk and sugar.
  2. Combine melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
  4. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice it into individual rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake the rolls at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over the rolls and serve warm.
