Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Extra strawberries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool for 15 minutes.
  6. Use a fork to poke holes throughout the cake about 1 inch apart.
  7. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake.
  8. Spread chopped strawberries and mini chocolate chips evenly across the top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  10. Top with whipped cream and additional strawberries before serving.
