Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until fully cooked.
Add marinara sauce to the browned meat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer three lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, a third of the mozzarella, and a third of the meat sauce.
Repeat the layering process, finishing with noodles, meat sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let the lasagna rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
